For extremely dirty windows, start by using a vacuum or dry cloth to remove loose debris. Apply a strong window cleaning solution or a mixture of water and vinegar. Use a sponge to scrub away grime and dirt. Rinse with clean water and use a squeegee to remove excess moisture. Dry edges with a cloth.
